What you will do:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports to track progress against KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to refine and enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Proven track record of managing successful online advertising campaigns and demonstrating measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
