Let’s start with the role
We are seeking the newest member of our ever-growing marketing team! This role will be contributing to the Marketing & Communications strategy implementation for the Stoiximan brand in Greece and Cyprus and will be responsible for all performance channels and their main KPIs, leading the respective team. You will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by the passion to drive the success of the Stoiximan brand across channels.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop the performance channels strategy and the annual acquisition plan per channel (PPC, Meta, Affiliates etc.);
- Strategically oversee and optimize Multi-Platform Campaigns.
- Own and refine PPC strategies across Google Ads, Meta Platforms, and other channels;
- Lead the team responsible for the execution of the performance plan;
- Be the owner of performance channels’ main KPIs (CPA, FTDs etc.);
- Be responsible for performance channels’ budget;
- Manage relationships with partners and digital agencies, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability for KPIs and impactful results;
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and selection, leveraging advanced tools for optimized targeting;
- Provide strategic direction to agencies and in-house teams on keyword strategy;
- Collaborate with creative teams for consistent messaging across all touchpoints;
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, focusing on critical KPIs, outcomes, and strategic recommendations;
- Work closely with Marketing & CRM teams to align Performance marketing strategies with broader marketing goals and ensure integrated campaign execution;
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive strategies.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 5 years of previous experience at a relative position;
- Previous hands-on experience in performance channels platforms (Google Ads, Meta etc.) would be an advantage;
- Previous experience in our industry would be an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English;
- Critical thinking and ability to interpret and measure data;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines;
- Able to collaborate with teams in order to fully identify and achieve the company's needs.
