About The Role
As a Senior Specialist in the Media Operations Team, you can expect to support, manage, optimise and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients individually, and as part of a broader team.
As part of the team you will be working with both high-profile brands as well as smaller advertisers. Clients can be local, regional or global.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital campaigns on one or more channel(s): Paid Search, Display and Video (Primarily via Programmatic buying), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create trafficking sheets across net new campaigns and the QA of net new campaigns.
- Pull reports and help development of markets to ensure we reach our KPIs and quarterly targets
- Lead on channel specific sections of Monthly updates and QBRs.
- Lead channel operations and tasks for day-to-day activities, ensuring deadline and deliverable are met.
- Responsible for channel media spend to ensure we are on track to spend for the month
Experience
- 4-5 years of digital media buying experience, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or end-advertiser.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform (GMP) both from a user and/or reselling perspective is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis abilities (e.g. familiarity with Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions)
- Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in the ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points
- Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships
- Innovative thinker with prior evidence of successfully executing on ideas
- Ambition to perform unprecedented tasks and obtain new skills, be comfortable with uncertainty and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability and desire to scale knowledge and learning to other junior (and at times senior) team members
