Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Work together with country/regional/global marketing leadership to develop a field marketing plan that supports sales objectives and grows the customer base.
- Work on marketing plan and activities for products within the competitive arena.
- Work with our teams on strategy to support advanced analysis, value propositions, and supporting collateral that describe the unique benefits of ServiceNow.
- Coordinate product launches including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing.
- Work with global marketing team for reviewing, modifying, creating, and managing the marketing assets in responsible area.
- Speaking engagement at marketing seminars/webinars/3rd party events.
- Research, recommend and drive targeted marketing plans that bring together corporate programs, opportunities and activities.
- This role will need to establish a close and efficient two-way communication with sales leadership, marketing leadership, corporate and vertical marketing and the field sales teams.
- Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the field marketing plan.
- Ensure all activities achieve standards, adhere to current messaging and remain within guidelines.
- Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Engage with Inside Sales to track lead follow-up, qualification and conversion to ensure there is alignment between the field marketing activity and lead follow-up.
Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing experience in a comparable industry. (SaaS or IT industry is preferred.)
- The ability to create ideas for how our products can make our customers and partners more successful.
- Business application skills/experiences are preferred.
- Creative messaging skills based on value and benefits.
- Passion about our products and the possibilities of shaping the future of how people work.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans that meet specified ROI, sales and campaign objectives.
- Strong budget management and project tracking capabilities.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, high growth environment under tight deadlines.
- The ability to manage multiple programs at one time and support a diverse sales organization.
- Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required.
- Creative problem solver and resourceful in meeting marketing program goals to grow market share.
- Ability to think strategically and articulate strategic initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize on their own, and delegate tasks when appropriate.
- Strong knowledge use of BI tool, Marketing Automation Tool, CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Excellent coordination, networking & communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong in Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and environments.
- Good teamworking skills.
