Overview of the Job:
GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. Goat, a part of Matrix @ GroupM is the influencer and content marketing specialist team, which works across all agencies at GroupM. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Content Sales Person with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. As a Content Sales Person, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our content products and services to prospective clients.

The candidate should have prior knowledge of all Content sales or Digital Content sales and enhance the skill set with an understanding of the partner product and deal structures.3. Working on the clients across GroupM agencies in the regionResponsibilities of the role:
- Identify and target potential clients for our content products and services
- Maintain Agency relationships and ensure product mapping across accounts
- Background and knowledge of the IM industry and the creator Universe
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyse sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our content products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the content sales landscape
What you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience of 5-10 years in sales, preferably in the content industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong analytical abilities to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
5. Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
6. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of content industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
