Description
As a Performance Creative Designer, you will play a critical role in creating high-performing visual assets for our digital marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be designing Meta ads that deliver results, translating briefs from strategists into eye-catching creatives. Additionally, you will support the team with design needs for projects such as landing pages, Amazon content, website visuals, packaging, and other branding or marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design High-performing Ad Creative
- Design visually compelling Meta ad creatives that drive engagement and meet performance goals, leveraging best practices in digital advertising. Assets are often limited, so creativity is key.
Provide Design Support Across Teams
- Contribute to a variety of design projects, including landing pages, Amazon content, website graphics, packaging, and other initiatives.
Rapidly Implement Feedback
- Adapt and refine designs promptly in response to team and client feedback.
Efficiently Manage Multiple Projects
- Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising attention to detail or quality.
Ensure Consistency in Brand Identity
- Uphold and strengthen brand integrity by applying guidelines across all designs, creating cohesive visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing design, particularly in creating Meta ads.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad designs and other relevant projects.
- Proficiency design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
