Description
Job Purpose: As part of GSM's Marketing and E-commerce team, the Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with other marketing team members and various internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement best-practice marketing, merchandising strategies and paid media tactics to drive direct to consumer traffic, awareness, and increase revenue for a set of GSM brands and websites.

Summary Of Essential Job Duties
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize paid search, social, video, display and CTV campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Work closely with product, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure Performance marketing strategies align with business objectives and seasonal outdoor trends.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards to track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across channels to achieve business objectives while maximizing efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, emerging platforms, and technology related to performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and best practice.
- Suggest website enhancements to enhance product selling.
- Understand website product performance and inventory position by item.
- Suggest product promotions to maximize product sell through based on performance marketing data.

Required Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
