WHAT WE'LL NEED
This role is responsible for delivering strategic insights and recommendations to support customer acquisition goals, customer retention, and internal Growth team initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end measurement of digital personalization programs across CRM, Paid Media, and Ecommerce Personalization
- Lead test design for personalization activities and partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to ensure test design and campaign set up matches the integrity of the desired learning objective
- In partnership with Lifecycle Marketing team, assist in opportunity sizing and providing testing recommendations for key hypothesis
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to develop insights and recommendations based on current and future customer and campaign data.
- Develop visualizations to tell stories and deliver insights about existing customer base and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Partner with internal teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations across Wingstop organization.
- Establish and maintain reporting and dashboards that include tracking of KPIs across various digital properties, marketing channels, and customer segments.
- Proactively identify current and potential gaps in digital analytics data as well as opportunities to streamline data accessibility and reporting via automation
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting on performance marketing initiatives to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop measurement plans and inform structure of testing plans to enable the most accurate and actionable insight
- Ability to succinctly communicate complex data insights to internal teams, external vendors, and cross functional partners to quickly action findings.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics
- Degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science or equivalent
- SQL, Power BI
- Collaborative and curious self-starter
