As the Demand Generation Marketing Lead
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and increase customer engagement.
This position involves working closely with the sales, product, and content teams to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build a marketing team and lead it, focusing on demand generation and lead generation strategies.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, driving growth and customer acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the marketing funnel and enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure data flows between the Sales, CS, Content and Account Management teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Experience targeting the US market is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing Channels: SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid media.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation & CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to generate new ideas for campaigns and overcome challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with sales, content, product, and design teams.
