About The Position
We're looking for an enthusiastic marketer responsible for managing and leading the planning & execution of integrated global B2B marketing campaigns.
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, project management, execution, reports, optimization, and analysis of multiple demand generation projects and campaigns on various channels such as paid campaigns, content syndication, and email nurturing.
Our ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders at Zesty as Sales, partners, content writers, web designers, product marketing, and more, to create and implement successful campaigns and strategies built to drive demand, acquire new pipeline, increase product adoption, and expand awareness to the Zesty brand.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement a demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Partner with Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, content marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
- Hands-on management of all paid campaigns across all channels: Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. to generate a new pipeline for Zesty’s sales teams.
- Analyze data and manage media budgets on all advertising platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive strategic decisions.
- Work with product marketing, content, and design teams to plan and create new content in different formats (ads, videos, landing pages etc.) for demand-generation activities.
- Develop and execute an Account-Based Marketing strategy with the GTM team to target high-value prospects in line with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Plan, manage, and measure all email nurturing programs targeting prospects, churned customers, and active customers.
- Monitor and report on demand generation effectiveness using trend data and campaign-specific metrics.
- Assess campaign outcomes, present insights, and adjust spending to maximize ROI.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing demand-generation programs that achieve revenue objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation roles within the B2B technology sector.
- 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid social, paid search, display, and video campaigns across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Google ads, Twitter, Reddit, Quora etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and tactics, as well as channel-level optimization strategies to create engaging journeys that drive conversions.
- Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on scaling ABM programs to support growth objectives.
- Extensive experience in developing nurturing programs and workflows on HubSpot.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects to successful completion.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
