We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our passionate team and help lead our branch to new heights! This dynamic position works with the Branch Manager in improving the office’s retention of existing financial professionals, recruiting new financial professionals, running the branch’s intern program and growing revenue. What You Will Do
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our Branch Manager to develop and execute annual business plans, while supporting our Financial Professionals in achieving their goals with data insights and reporting.
- Talent Development: Recruit and mentor experienced Financial Professionals, fostering their growth and success.
- Retain existing Financial Professionals and recruit for Sales Assistant to support Financial Professional’s business.
- Client-Centric Approach: Build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth through innovative client engagement strategies.
- Oversee Branch Growth and Profitability alongside of the Branch Growth Manager to ensure year over year branch revenue growth.
- Training and Support: Partner with CIS Training department and lead in-office training sessions and mentorship programs to keep our team ahead in the industry.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure all coaching and contact sessions/conversations for any branch engagement in sales force.
- Coach and mentor financial professionals to help them achieve success within their practice management and overall results as they grow their book of business through client reviews.
- Provide in-office training, joint appointments, joint calling efforts, role-playing and other hands-on coaching activities.
- Manage the Branch Intern Program and potential Career Pathing Program alongside of the Branch Manager.
- This role is a Producing position that allows for remaining Active in the Business to aid in coaching and leading by Influence as a Mentor to Branch Financial Professionals at all levels.
- Position involves local travel to appointments and meetings and out-of-state travel for company meetings and conferences.
What You Need To Have
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66, 24, and Life, Accident, Health and Variable Contracts Insurance License Lines.
- 5 years of Sales experience in the financial services industry with proven success.
- Knowledge of advanced sales concepts in the financial services industry.
- Ability to hire, train and develop successful financial professionals as well as build and manage strong relationships.
- Skills in coaching and developing both experienced and newer financial professionals.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to appointments and meetings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
What Is Nice To Have
- Management/Leadership Experience preferred.
- College degree preferred.
Compensation
The base annual salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus and a generous incentive compensation package. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
