Role Overview
The Demand Generation Manager will own the full-funnel marketing strategy, focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid advertising, and outreach planning. You’ll drive high-quality leads, optimize campaigns, and work collaboratively across teams to create compelling messages that resonate with target personas. If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing and thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup environment, we want you on our team.
This hybrid position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. (Work from office 2 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
- ABM Strategy: Develop and execute ABM campaigns from account targeting through personalized outreach and ads, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Paid Advertising: Manage display ads, PPC campaigns, and retargeting to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition.
- Demand Generation: Take ownership of all demand-generation efforts, including lead generation, pipeline creation, and campaign optimization.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
- Marketing Automation: Use HubSpot Marketing Enterprise to create workflows, nurture campaigns, and track success metrics.
- Persona Research: Conduct detailed research to identify and understand target accounts and personas.
- Messaging: Collaborate with content and sales teams to craft effective messaging and outreach strategies that resonate with potential clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation within a B2B SaaS startup.
- Proven track record of executing successful ABM campaigns.
- Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Enterprise and familiarity with its automation and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of persona development and account targeting.
- Hands-on experience with display advertising, PPC, and retargeting campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve campaign efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
