Job Overview
The Associate, Paid Media will support the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns under the guidance of the Director, Acquisition Marketing for Time4Learning and Brightspire Virtual School brands.
This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career, eager to dive into data analysis, campaign optimization, and creative testing across multiple channels.
You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of paid media platforms and play a key role in driving customer acquisition for a high-growth educational brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Offer insights to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
- Audience Targeting: Help build and refine audience segments, including custom and lookalike audiences, to enhance targeting strategies.
- Creative Testing: Work closely with the Senior Manager of Social & Content Strategy and the creative team to test different ad formats (video, static, carousel) and optimize based on performance.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in managing daily and weekly campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend while hitting performance targets.
- A/B Testing: Participate in A/B tests and other experiments to drive continuous optimization of campaigns, ad creative, and landing pages.
- Platform Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and updates across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit, and provide recommendations for new growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the creative, product, and marketing teams to align media efforts with broader business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media, ideally in a DTC or performance-driven environment.
- Platform Familiarity: Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms. Experience with TikTok and Reddit ads is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms is a bonus.
- Detail-Oriented: Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines across different platforms.
- Communication: Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Learning Attitude: A passion for learning, testing, and improving campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience working with a DTC brand.
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and creative optimization.
- Interest in paid media trends and innovations.
