Who are we looking for?
Our client, a global strategy consulting firm, is collaborating with a prominent consumer tech company, aiming to significantly boost Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
They are looking for seasoned growth marketing consultants to support them on developing and implementing creative, results-driven growth strategies for the company across multiple sectors, including electronics, grocery, and hotels, etc. while maintaining profitability.
Located in Mumbai, this role is on-site, with consultants working closely with the client’s team on a full-time basis for six months.
This initiative plays a critical role in the client’s overarching goal to amplify business volume and profitability, with project success gauged by the ability to achieve a 2-3X monthly business growth.
Role & Responsibility:
- Develop and execute growth marketing plans tailored to the client’s key categories: electronics, grocery, and health
- Generate innovative marketing strategies and ideas aimed at multiplying GMV and driving sustainable category growth
- Collaborate directly with the client’s internal team, operating in a client-facing capacity to align marketing efforts with the company's business objectives
- Focus on practical, out-of-the-box approaches to marketing, drawing on hands-on experience within the consumer tech space
- Regularly track and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, adjusting plans as needed to ensure targets are met
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other relevant stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are integrated into broader business objectives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on the consumer tech sector
- Prior experience with leading consumer tech companies (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in crafting and executing growth marketing strategies that drive measurable business expansion, especially in electronics, grocery, and health categories
- Ability to deliver high-impact, creative solutions and to adjust strategies based on performance metrics
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a strong commitment to client engagement
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred, though relevant experience and expertise in growth marketing are essential
Location & Duration:
The project requires the consultants to be available to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time basis for 6 months.
