Job Purpose
We are seeking an expert in customer acquisition (sales) funnel conversion improvement to lead the growth effort.
Strong knowledge of conversion funnel concept, automation tools, data-driven decisioning and digital marketing. This is a leadership job. You will have a substantial influence on Karbon FX's marketing and acquisition strategy and achieve the goal by leading a group of talented young growth associates.
Core Objectives
- Conversion improvement: Improve the acquisition funnel performance
- Target identification: Ideate, identify and demonstrate effectiveness of targeting strategy
- Campaign and engagement operations: Demonstrate expertise in B2B data source access, enrichment, campaign operation and engagement techniques.
- Insight development: Improve the quality of decision through rigorous hypothesis and iterative experiments.
Competency
- Deep experience in managing CRM, automation tools, data tools for marketing purposes, ie, Airtable, customer.io, LinkedHelper, etc.
- Experience in online and offline marketing tactics, outbound engagement campaigns and feedback loop.
- Deep knowledge of B2B digital marketing strategies
- Highly result oriented
- Strong execution skill
- Communicate purposefully, with clarity and precision
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and launch growth campaigns on various platforms and tools
- Analyze campaign results
- Maintain dashboards & databases
- Design campaigns with clear goals. Execute with precision.
- Plan next growth campaign
- Conclude campaign performance, assess gap between goal and actual performance, analyze root cause and propose optimization.
Qualification
- 4+ years of growth marketing experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Engineering / computer science background is required
