You will drive revenue growth to sell Epsilon’s digital, identity, display, and programmatic media solutions to leading CPG clients, specifically in the Alcohol and Beverage vertical, helping them maximize marketing performance. Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to CPG clients within the Alcohol and Beverage vertical, deeply understanding their business needs and aligning them with Epsilon’s capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams and partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to design, execute, and optimize client campaigns. Deliver strategic insights and leverage identity and programmatic data to provide actionable recommendations that drive campaign success. Identify growth opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions within existing CPG – Alcohol and Beverage accounts to achieve revenue targets.
What You’ll Achieve
- Onboard with Epsilon’s digital solutions and familiarize yourself with the company’s media, identity, and programmatic capabilities.
- Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand workflows and campaign delivery processes.
- Lead day-to-day communication with clients, managing timelines, and coordinating campaign execution.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align client needs with media solutions.
- Identify upsell opportunities within client accounts.
- Own key client accounts, driving media strategy discussions and achieving campaign performance goals.
- Lead contract renewals and business growth initiatives through strategic upsells and cross-sells.
Who You Are
- A strategic problem-solver who enjoys connecting client goals with innovative digital and programmatic solutions.
- Experience leveraging Identity and audience data to inform digital campaigns.
- Detail-oriented that thrives on managing multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong communicator that can articulate complex media strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Building long-term meaningful partnerships with CPG clients, specifically within the Alcohol and Beverage vertical.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
- What You’ll Bring With You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on digital media, identity, display, and programmatic campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, identity solutions, or DSPs (Demand Side Platforms).
- Proven track record in managing media campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic understanding of programmatic media buying.
Pay Range: $99,000 - $121,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
